I'm Sure We'll All be Safe in the Shiny New KBR-Approved Quarantine Facilities

When I hear about KBR being awarded "an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities in the event of an emergency," I think "prisons."

When I hear about human cases of bird flu showing up before avian cases of bird flu in Iraq, now host to three of the Four Horseman, I think pandemic.

Then I remember that mostly unknown provision in the USA PATRIOT Act called the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act  that allows the government to, among other things, quarantine anyone they want without due process and I think Kismet!

I'm shocked, shocked that you'd think of prisons. They're clearly reorientation camps that our loving Leader is setting up to help the stubborn among us to see the light.
