BushCo is a Win-at-All-Costs Kinda Guy. And Really, What's the Life of an Iraqi Journalist Worth Anyway?

Just when you thought the story we're writing in Iraq couldn't get any worse (setting all those new schools and soccer balls aside for a moment) the Heretik reminds us that when you're talking about BushCo, it can always get worse:

The Guardian UK reports the war in Iraq continues on journalists covering the war in Iraq.  Doctor Ali Fadhil had been working on a story of corruption story of millions of dollars misappropriated or misused.

The Heretik has the details, which are horrifying.  Add this story to the reporting of BushCo's desire to bomb al Jazeera, which has never been credibly denied, and the cries of "conspiracy theory!" ring even more hollow.   And if you're a member of the crowd who feels like the journalist got what he deserved, remember that every time we order soldiers to do something like this, we lose  a few more hearts and minds, which are the true ammunition in any war.  Team BushCo really is doing bin Laden's work for him.
