The White House is refering to the stunt farm in Crawford as the "Western White House" officially now. Maybe this has been going on for years. I don't know. I can't wait for the next president to name his vacation playground the new White House. If that president happens to be a Democrat, I can only imagine the hue and cry that will rise from the RWNM about how that cheapens the institution and how (PUT STATE HERE) does not represent the American People and that's why we have a federal district so we are united as a country and so the terrorists don't win and the baby jesus doesn't cry.
The Western White House. Ick.
I'm pretty sure Nixon's place in San Clemente was called that. And the Reagan ranch in Santa Barbara, too. Is it a Republican thing?

When I'm president, I'll get a place real close to Appomattox and call it "The Union Forever White House". I'll stage re-enactments of Lee's surrender on July 4th and everything. It'll be part of the healing process. Come together, I'll say, over me.
(But I have to fix some pesky Constitutional stuff about being born in the US first.)
